Students are encouraged to review the available course information, duration, learning mode, batch-wise timing, fee and support details before completing enrollment.

9. Student-Side Issues / વિદ્યાર્થી તરફની સમસ્યાઓ

Inability to attend classes due to personal schedule, work, travel, device problems, internet issues or other student-side circumstances should be communicated to the academy. Any cancellation or refund request will be reviewed according to the academy's actual process.

Individual learning outcomes can vary depending on attendance, participation, practice, consistency and personal effort. A difference in individual learning outcome does not by itself automatically establish a refund entitlement.

Students should make payments only through payment links, accounts or instructions officially provided by VIP ACADEMY. Payments made to unauthorized or fake links, accounts or persons may not be covered under this policy.
